GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Guests are required to present an original personal identification document upon arrival at Hotel Estação.
- Gatherings and parties of any nature are not permitted in the room. Hotel Estação reserves the right to expel any additional occupants from the room.
- Hotel Estação reserves the right to expel guests due to their conduct and behavior or for any other safety, protection, or medical reasons. This applies particularly if guests fail to follow the instructions given by hotel staff, express discriminatory views, harass or endanger other guests.
- Guests must not compromise the health, safety, and security aspects of Hotel Estação at any time.
- Special offer terms will apply to respective reservations and, in case of conflict, the terms of such special offers shall prevail.
- Any personal or corporate billing data must be requested before the invoice is issued.
- All goods and property of Hotel Estação must be properly maintained and should not be damaged or destroyed. Hotel Estação has the discretionary power to charge for any future damages if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction of hotel property (both movable and immovable) was done or caused by the guest.
- If a guest has allergies, sensitivities, or intolerance to—but not limited to—a specific fabric, material, cleaning product, or food, it is the guest’s responsibility to inform Hotel Estação Management before arrival.
- Hotel Estação is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or misplaced during your stay due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.
- Lost and found items within the premises are recorded and kept in a secure location for one year. Perishable items removed from rooms after check-out are not stored for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Lost items that are claimed can be collected at Hotel Estação upon presentation of valid identification.
- Pateos da Foz, Empreendimentos Turísticos, Lda. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any changes, the revised terms and conditions will be immediately published on this website. Please check the latest information published here to stay informed of any changes.
- We do our best to ensure that booking arrangements are satisfactory; however, Hotel Estação accepts no responsibility for any financial or other loss, travel delays, injuries, additional expenses, or inconveniences caused directly or indirectly by any events beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil unrest, vehicle defects, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, war, fire, flooding, acts of God, government actions or regulations, accidents or equipment failures, maintenance requirements, or industrial action.
General Provisions
- By making your reservation, you agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by Hotel Estação, your stay will subsequently be subject to the hotel’s Standard Terms and Conditions.
- You further agree that the General Terms and Conditions, as provided on the website, will constitute the binding agreement between you and Pateos da Foz, Empreendimentos Turísticos, Lda. regarding all and any commercial agreements, including reservation, stay, payment, use of facilities, etc., of any nature.
- Hotel Estação may, at its sole discretion, cancel the reservation if it believes the information provided regarding the reservation is false or incomplete.
- The guest voluntarily agrees and authorizes Hotel Estação representatives to profile the guest from the public domain to verify guest details and provide appropriate hospitality services during their stay at the hotel.
- Hotel Estação reserves the right to vary, modify, and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- The guest will indemnify and hold Hotel Estação harmless from any liability, loss, damage, cost, and expense of any nature arising from and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation and their stay at the hotel.
- Hotel Estação will not be responsible for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the hotel.
- Hotel Estação accepts no liability for any failure to comply with these conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- If Hotel Estação waives any rights under these conditions on any occasion, this does not mean that such rights will be automatically waived on any other occasion.
